Valdipiatta Grappa is made from unpressed marc of Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes, the same used to produce the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and skinfully distilled in old copper still. Clear and pleasantly aromatic, it imparts to nose and palate all the characteristics of its original grapes, revealing at the same time a strong personality.
