This educational visit recounts the production disciplinary of the Montepulciano appellation for Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, for DOC wines (Rosso e Vin Santo), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and for IGP wines.
The guest will be shown the grapes wine-making process and the oak aging techniques, among the stainless still tanks in the fermentation room and in the enchanting tuff naturally tempered wine cellar.
