Wine & Cheese - Time: 1h 1/2

During the visit, together with some information about the local oeno-gastronomic culture, the guests will be explained the wine-making process and the oak aging techniques. Especially they will be revealed those mysteries of the Vin Santo production and tasting methods. Then they will be taught professional tasting techniques and how to correctly mach food and wine.
