Barrel Tasting - Time: 2h

The visit starts with an outline of Montepulciano wine history and of its production disciplinary. Then continues through the production facilities, where wine-making process and oak aging techniques are explained. In the tuff naturally tempered wine cellar guests will be given the rare and exclusive opportunity to taste from a barrel a wine that is still aging in the wood.
