Vineyard Wine School - Time: 3h 1/2

Guests will make an excursion to the vineyards, where they will be taught cultivation and pruning vine systems, different cultivars, how to work in the vineyard. Then they will visit the production facilities: in the fermenting room they will be taught wine making process and in the tuff naturally tempered wine cellar our ageing techniques
