OLIO EXTRA VERGINE D'OLIVA

Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino

This olive oil is produced in very limited quantities from the olives of the Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino varieties grown in the two groves of the Valdipiatta estate.

The trees are organically matured and not subjected to any type of antiparasitic treatment.

The olives are hand-picked at the beginning of november, and immediately cold-pressed in order to preserve fully the aroma and flavour. The olive oil does not undergo filtration and owes its limpidity to respected decanting.
