Fermentation and ageing
Fermentation of the must with full control of the fermentation temperatures. Brief 3 month period of ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
3 month period bottle ageing.

Suggestions with food
A fine apéritif, the wine is also an excellent match with delicate first courses, white meat, or fish, medium-aged cheese, or cold cuts.

Serving temperature
54 - 58° Fahrenheit (12 - 14° Centigrade)
