Products - I.G.T. Wines and other products
Wines from the Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT) category can be found alongside the DOC wines.
Nibbiano is a white wine made of fifty percent Canaiolo Nero grapes, with the other fifty percent being made up of Grechetto, Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes.
The red wines in the IGT category are blends of international grape varieties enhanced with autochthonous varieties. Such as the elegant and refined Trefonti, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Canaiolo Nero
and Sangiovese. Or Trincerone, which is strong and vigorous like the grapes that
go to making it: Merlot and Canaiolo.
The winery’s most recent adventure has been with the fermentation of pure Pinot Nero grapes, which are the basis of the latest Supertuscan produced by the company.
The company also produces a prized
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Grappa distilled from Vino Nobile di Montepulciano pomace.
